An uplifting and inspirational morning that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated for the future. Upon purchasing details of everything you will need to gather, link to live session, and some pre-work to get those creative juices flowing will be emailed to you.

This is your chance to work alongside qualified Life Coach & NLP practitioner Mary creating from the comfort of your own home - your very own vision-board to leave you feeling like you’ve found true clarity with what you actually want, know exactly what steps to get there and the confidence to move forward into 2026.

I want to spark thought, inspiration and positivity throughout this process.

Pre-work and a list of supplies you will need to gather will be sent to you by email upon booking, with a workbook to work through before workshop identifying your values, what is most important to you right now.

Then the online session itself will flow like this -

• Welcome and a guided, grounding short meditation

• Wheel of Life exercise, intention setting

• Journaling Exercise

• Then we will get to work creating our very own vision board, I will lead you into a relaxing process of finding images and collating in a way that will help guide your behaviours, habits, actions and decisions in 2026

• Deliberate intentional visualising your year ahead whilst talking about goals and habits, taking small steps that lead to real action in our lives.

The session will be online through Zoom, you will be present on the screen and I encourage you to keep video and sound on to be able to fully interact with us all. The session will be recorded and sent out if you are unable to make the live time, or you get interrupted!
