Together we’ll figure things out in a 60-minute group coaching webinar. Learn simple, practical and revealing tools that will look at all areas of your life. Find inspiration, motivation and support to move forward. To take action, and to get started.

We all need a little support and guidance from time to time. That’s where Mary Meadows — qualified Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner — comes in. She will be leading the start of your powerful journey in this 60-minute group coaching session focused on YOU.

How does it work?
This is an online webinar so you’ll need a phone, tablet or computer to access the session. It’s provided by a safe and secure provider called Zoom. There is a downloadable app on iTunes for Apple products.
If you wish to attend the webinar simply click Add To Cart and follow the instructions. Once payment is received you’ll be automatically sent a link to the webinar. You’ll also receive a PDF downloadable document for some pre-work before the workshop.
Bring print-out of the PDF to the webinar to make notes. If you don’t have access to a printer don’t worry, a notepad and pen will do just fine.
You’ll be able to ask questions throughout the webinar, giving you access to coaching at an affordable price.
This is a one-way video call. You’ll see Mary but your face will not be seen, just the name that you log in with. The group will also see any words you type in the chatbox but you can ask questions anonymously.
What if I can’t make it?
This is a live online session, but if you can’t attend the event live you can still take part. Yay! Simply reserve your spot as mentioned above and then use the Zoom link to re-watch at a later date.
